Dr. Brian Jafine graduated with a Bachelor of Science and received his DDS degree from the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry in Ontario, Canada. He has been a practicing Endodontist for 30 years, and received his post graduate degree in Endodontics from the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts.
With more than four decades in dentistry and over 35 years as a specialist in Endodontics, Dr. Jafine has earned a reputation for clinical excellence and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. His practice has focused on the full spectrum of endodontic treatment, including complex nonsurgical root canal therapy, retreatment, and endodontic microsurgery. He is widely respected by referring dentists for his expertise in managing challenging endodontic cases.
Throughout his career, Dr. Jafine has embraced advances in technology and evidence-based treatment, incorporating innovations such as surgical operating microscopes, digital imaging, and modern endodontic techniques to enhance patient outcomes and comfort.
An active contributor to organized dentistry, Dr. Jafine is a member of the Canadian Dental Association, the Ontario Dental Association, and the American Association of Endodontists. He is a Past President of the Canadian Academy of Endodontics, the Ontario Society of Endodontists, and the George Hare Endodontic Study Club.
Dr. Jafine is passionate about continuing education and enjoys sharing practical, clinically relevant insights with colleagues. His presentations combine the latest evidence with decades of real-world experience, offering techniques and strategies that can be readily incorporated into everyday practice.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Jafine enjoys golf, travel, and spending time with family. He is pleased to participate in this CME at Sea program and values the opportunity to learn from and connect with fellow dental professionals.
