Kelly Welton is a Registered Respiratory Therapist with 39 years of experience, 20 of those years as an Educator. She has worked for the past 5 years writing courses for RT’s and RN’s and retired from hospital-based work in 2021. She has been active with PAC-LAC and writes a monthly column for Neonatology Today. She presents courses to help the next generation of RT’s and RN’s be fully prepared to function in NICU, PICU, and Pulmonary Rehab.
