Dr. Wing Lim is a visionary physician-entrepreneur who has spent three decades transforming primary care delivery and empowering healthcare professionals to thrive beyond the White Coat.
After graduating from the University of Alberta Family Residency Program in 1993, Wing began his career managing a solo practice with grueling 100-hour workweeks. Recognizing the need for a better model, he pioneered a new approach to healthcare delivery—co-founding one of Alberta’s largest primary care community clinics and playing a pivotal role in launching the Sherwood Park Primary Care Network. His entrepreneurial vision extended to co-developing a multi-modality wellness center that serves over 2,000 patients daily, and co-creating an award-winning, 152-unit senior retirement residence designed around the philosophy of “aging with grace.”
As a serial entrepreneur, Wing brings authenticity and transparency to every conversation. He openly shares his wins, losses and hard-earned lessons that shaped his journey. This candid approach has made him a highly sought-after international speaker and podcaster, addressing audiences on practice transformation, leadership development, wealth paradigms, and financial literacy.
