I am originally from Chatham, Ontario where I attended high school and worked as an ambulance attendant prior to attend university. I completed an undergraduate degree in Physiology from the University of Western Ontario in1984, my Medical degree from the University of Calgary in 1990, Internship at St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver in 1991, a Masters degree from the University of Toronto in 1991 and the Neurosurgery residency training program at the University of Calgary in 1996. I completed the Royal College examination for Neurosurgery in 1996 and I have been in full time Neurosurgery practice in Kamloops, BC since 1996. My practice consists of a blend of adult Cranial and Spinal procedures. I have been president of the medical staff and Chief of surgery at Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops. I also own a private MRI and Pain management clinic called the Welcome Back Centre in Kamloops. My hobbies include fly fishing, golfing and mountain biking.
