Dr. Dan Borschneck is an Associate Professor at Queens University in Kingston Ontario. He graduated
from Queens Orthopaedic Surgery in 1997. After completion of a Orthopaedic Trauma and Pediatric
Orthopedic Fellowship at the University of Utah he return as Faculty to Queens. He has been practising
in Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery and Spinal Trauma for 25 years. Dr. Borschneck is the past program
director and chairman of the Orthopaedic program. His research focuses on the biomechanics of the
knee and computer-assisted and augmented spinal surgery.
Dr. Borschneck is the recipient of multiple local and national resident teaching and advocacy awards.
He participates in the Royal College of Canada’s international postgraduate program development and
National postgraduate program assessment.
