Dr. Chris Altmeyer is a retired military regular force flight surgeon and advanced dive medicine (HBOT) qualified CFPC family physician who currently works at Fort Saskatchewan Community Hospital in Alberta as an emergency medicine physician. Additional medical interests and areas of current practice include: ring-side combative sports medicine physician, ongoing Medical Officer service to the Canadian Armed Forces, University of Alberta Associate Clinical Professor teaching, ICU extender, and Medical Assistance in Dying (MAID) assessor and provider.
