No matter where you dine, everything is included at our specialty restaurants, including six varietals of Robert Mondavi Twin Oaks® wines.

Giuseppe's

Discover the Perfect Pairing. Giuseppe's makes guests feel right at home-right along the Caribbean Sea. With inviting indoor and outdoor seating, this cozy Italian restaurant brims with genuine Tuscan charm. Dine amid the candlelit ambiance of its outdoor terrace or step inside for a taste of warm, old country allure. Here, you'll find the joys of Italy in the Tuscany-style antipasti bar featuring unique appetizers. From pizza and pasta, to tempting desserts, the food at Giuseppe's is the main attraction. Indulge in pizza made your way and delicious pasta creations likebraised lamb ragout served with penne pasta and fresh zucchini, tomato, and shrimp tossed with linguine pasta.

Jasmine's

Discover Pan-Asian Enchantment. Taking its name from the fragrant flower used in perfumery and tea, Jasmines showcases the colorful flavors of the Orient. It's said that exotic foods are for lovers, and after a romantic dining experience at Jasmines, it will be easy to see why. From the vaulted ceilings to the beautifully textured walls, Jasmines' Asian-inspired décor features a sensual ambiance and intimate dining space perfect for two people in love. Dark mahogany accents, bamboo-style chairs; hardwood flooring, and fiery red walls put the finishing touches to the provocative venue. But the main draw for most guests is the tantalizing fare. Specializing in pan-Asian cuisine, the chefs at Jasmines take pride in preparing menu favorites using the exotic, delectable spices and flavors of the Far East.

Café de Paris

Discover a Little Bit of Paris in the Caribbean. Whitehouse has always been known for its 365 beaches and romantic settings. Now, Café de Paris is helping to make it known for fine, Parisian treats. When the café concept was first introduced in Paris in the 17th century, people fell in love with the neighborhood feel of the café, which over the years became a place to relax. The same semblance is found at Café de Paris, the social pulse of Whitehouse. Flowers, bright colors, and lovely patio furniture with umbrellas adorn the outside of the café. But the chic décor and romantic ambience aren't the only things to savor at this superb café.

Eleanor's

Lady Eleanor used her collection of exotic recipes and her massive Georgian dining room to create the most lavish banquets Jamaican colonial society had ever seen. Her recipes cemented her place in culinary history and she became known as the best cook in the Caribbean! Eleanors cuisine is served in an atmosphere reminiscent of Eleanor's very own great house dining room so that her legacy as the best cook in the Caribbean will never be forgotten. The enchanting, old-world charm of Eleanors captivates guests from the moment they walk through the doors. But it's the delectable cuisine inspired by this 18th century matriarch that leaves a lasting impression with a calypso of flavors such as Tamarind Grilled Beef Tenderloin (tamarind-infused red wine reduction), Roasted Pumpkin Soup, Caribbean Grilled Lobster, Jamaican Jerk Chicken, West Indian Curried Lamb, and Rasta Pasta (penne pasta tossed with chef's choice of vegetables, ackee, spinach, and coconut cream sauce).

Bayside

Discover Diversity. The Bayside Restaurant represents the culinary diversity of an equally diverse locale. With flavorsome Caribbean cuisine, guests from near and far can enjoy Bayside by day for buffet-style breakfast and lunch; and bask in its enchanting essence with dining by night for an exquisite a la carte dinner. The character of Bayside's terrace setting overlooking the pier and Caribbean Sea is charming. Watch the sailboats pass by, indulge in a candlelit dinner, or view the fiery sunset while the cool, sea breeze washes over you.

Schooner's

Discover a Taste of Jamaica. With mesmerizing water views and a tantalizing menu of authentic Jamaican favorites, all your senses will be overcome with joy at Schooner's. This delicious beach club is set in the magnifique French Village, adding a certain joie de vivre to your surroundings. Of course, the cuisine is purely Jamaican, which will make your palate celebrate in the spirit of the island. Lunch is served beachside, bringing a sense of utter relaxation to every dish. As the sun sets over the sea, the ambience shifts to pure romance, where the stars, candles, and tiki torches light the night, and the waves softly lapping against the shoreline provide the perfect soundtrack.

Neptune's

Neptune, the Roman god of water and the sea, is one of the most well known deities of Roman mythology. It's said that his powers are at the core of Neptunes, our Mediterranean seafood restaurant - and after dining here, you just might believe the old tale rings true. With casual European elegance, the Neptune-blessed cuisine highlights the best in Mediterranean fare. Eggplant, artichokes, squash, tomatoes, legumes, onions, mushrooms, okra, cucumbers, and herbs are used to embellish three course meals of fresh seafood such as lobster, mussels, octopus, shrimp, salmon, tuna. Traditional delights such as feta lamb kebabs, tzatkiki, and saffron-infused Bouillabaisse are tantalizing temptations. You'll marvel at sea vistas just within reach, the sweeping views, the inviting, laidback atmosphere, and the divine desserts; but most of all, you'll laud enticing cuisine said to be touched by a god.

The Jerk Shack

Discover Authentic Jamaican Jerk. Believed to have originated with Jamaica's Arawak Indians, jerk cookery began as a preservation method. The Maroons of Jamaica, who once sought refuge in the island's Blue Mountains, eternalized the Arawak's ancient jerk technique by spicing or seasoning the meat, wrapping it in leaves, then placing it on hot rocks over a lattice of wood. This technique evolved with the use of different spices to the cooking style that we know today as Jerk. At the Jerk Shack, chefs apply the jerk cooking style using a marinade or paste that incorporates pimento (allspice) and scotch bonnet peppers.

Sushi on the Sand

Sandals South Coast Jamaica is making sushi lovers happy with the debut of Sushi On The Sand, a seaside restaurant offering fresh rolls, sashimi, salads and more alongside beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea.
