About The Speaker

Dr. Huq studied for two years at Dalhousie in Halifax and then attended the University of Western Ontario for his M.D.. He started in General Surgery in 1993 and completed his Plastic Surgery training at McMaster in Hamilton in 1998. Dr. Huq then completed fellowship in Hand and Microsurgery at the Kleinert Institute in Louisville, Kentucky. He then returned to Canada and worked at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto while completing a masters in Neuroscience and Behavioural Science in Hamilton. Dr. Huq has settled in Niagara Falls, Ontario since 2000 and is currently an assistant clinical professor in the Department of Surgery at McMaster University. Dr Huq is the Guest editor to the textbook “Local Anesthesia in Plastic Surgery” and served in quality assurance and investigations for 15 years with the CPSO.

About The Speaker

Dr. Sarah Danial completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of Alberta in Edmonton in 1987 and also obtained her M.D. from the University of Alberta in 1991. She completed her psychiatry residency in 1998 at the University of Toronto (U. of T.) and then did a fellowship in child psychiatry at the U. of T. She is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and is also board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology. Dr. Danial obtained her J.D. (Juris Doctor) at U. of T. in 2016, and completed the Law Practice Program, an alternate route to licensing at Ryerson University in Toronto in 2017. She was called to the Ontario Bar in January 2018. Dr. Danial has practiced medicine in Toronto, the Niagara Region and Penetanguishene, and also in Kentucky, U.S.A. Dr. Danial also assesses patients on the Ontario Telemedicine Network and is looking forwarding to combining her medical and legal training in the field of health law. Dr. Danial resides in Niagara Falls with her husband and their three sons.

By partnering with world-renowned companies, including Anturus, Lonely PlanetTM, Xbox, Fat Brain Toys® and Budsies®, we’ve created four fun-filled categories of interest—Art, Recreation, Culinary, and S.T.E.M., and have designed more than 500 activities overall. With such a wealth of programming to work with, our Youth Counselors design daily programming that keeps everyone entertained, engaged, and wanting more family cruise fun. Our Camp at Sea program makes every sailing a brand-new experience.


We unleash inner artists with Creation Station, a program that uses materials and tools for junior cruisers to express themselves in different ways. Create a precious souvenir by turning your young artist’s work into custom stuffed animals with Budsies®. Our unique series of art activities turn the act of creating masterpieces into an act of cruise vacation celebration.

Stop at Stranahan House, the city's oldest structure, built in 1901 as a trading post and preserved as a museum, or explore a whole village of historic buildings at History Fort Lauderdale. Join a Segway tour along the river or a waterborne cruise of Millionaire's Row. During your cruise to Fort Lauderdale, head out to the Everglades and enjoy Flamingo Gardens, home to pink flamingos, snarling alligators, black bears, and Florida panthers—plus exotic trees, butterfly gardens, and native flowersSan Juan, Puerto Rico / Puerto Rico is one of the largest islands in the Eastern Caribbean. Experience the beauty of St. Thomas beaches with a wonderful picnic on Magens Bay beach or snorkel in the turquoise Caribbean Sea where you’ll come up close to corals, sponges, and schools of colorful tropical fish.Basseterre, St. Kitts & Nevis / Explore French and English colonial architecture, breathtaking beaches, and lush landscapes beneath soaring mountain peaks. Walking distance from the St. Kitts cruise port, find the Circus and Independence Square. The Circus is a roundabout lined by local shops with artisanal batik clothing, leatherwork, and weaving. Stroll another couple blocks to Independence Square, site of the stately courthouse and cathedral. West of Basseterre, visit 350-year-old Romney Manor estate, once owned by a British earl. The grounds include magnificent gardens with exotic plants and an amazing saman tree—as old as the estate—that covers half an acre.
