Two and one half (2.5) hours are devoted to Ethics and Professionalism and are designed to provide you with practical guidance in addition to the intellectual stimulation that this subject always seems to generate. One (1) hour is devoted to Diversity, Inclusion, and Elimination of Bias and has been designed to be thought-provoking as well as soul-searching. The course is beneficial for plaintiffs’ and defendants’ attorneys, experienced and newly admitted attorneys, and facilitates learning in an enjoyable environment. The goals of the course and the way it is taught are to engage you and educate you, while at the same time, entertain you. The course consists of 12 factual Scenarios in these areas, and the comprehensive course materials, comprising nearly 300 pages, with Appendices that include “ready-to-use” forms, are intended to inform, instruct, and be a foundation for your future use. Detailed Port Descriptions

Day 1 Cape Liberty, New Jersey (NY Metro)

This cruise port, the first to be built in New Jersey in 40 years, provides the perfect setting to the beginning or end of any voyage. From the vantage point of the deck, you can look out over the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge, the Statue of Liberty, New York Harbor and all of lower Manhattan. Experience a top-deck view of the Statue of Liberty, perhaps the world's best-known icon of freedom, opportunity, migration, democracy, and republican principals. Also known as Lady Liberty, the 151-foot iron and copper statue—305 feet with pedestal and foundation—is ranked among the most popular tourist sites in the United States. A Roman liberty goddess holds a torch above her head and a tablet inscribed "JULY IV MDCCLXXVI," the founding date of the United States. A broken chain lies at her feet. A gift from France, the symbol was conceived as early as 1865 by Édouard Laboulaye, sculpted by Frédéric-Auguste Bartholdi, engineered by Gustave Eiffel, constructed in Paris, and dedicated in New York Harbor on October 28, 1886.

Days 2 & 3 At Sea

Days drift by in a delightful blend of scuba diving, golfing, exploring art galleries and historic fortifications, or simply relaxing on exquisite pink sand beaches. Royal Naval Dockyard has something for everyone. Taste local flavors and stroll through the shops and museums. Or have a close encounter at Dolphin Quest, where you can see, pet and swim with these magnificent marine mammals.
