Dr. Ted Jablonski (he, him) is an award-winning teaching family physician based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. In addition to family medicine, he is the provincial lead for trans health specialist link/e-referral, lead medical consultant to Skipping Stone Foundation and cancer survivor OASIS sexual health program. He is medical director of Jablonski Health doing consultant work in sexual and transgender medicine for Southern Alberta for over two decades. Ted is a sought-after speaker, trainer, media spokesperson and educator with many conference, radio, television and video credits. He has been consistently amongst the highest rated speakers at the CFP Family Medical Forum.

Ted successfully ran, cycled and spoke across Canada in 2010 to raise awareness of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and the stigma of mental illness. “Dr j” continues to moonlight as a multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter with 10 indie CD releases, is an award-winning medical blog writer for The Medical Post, published author and passionate emerging playwright.

Dr. Gil Lichtshein is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist. He earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago and completed his psychiatric residency at The University of Maryland/ Sheppard Pratt Psychiatry Residency Program and his fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore.

 

Dr. Gil, as he prefers to be called, knew he wanted to pursue a career in medicine in Middle School as a way of helping and giving back to people. He finds psychiatry an ever-evolving field with constant learning opportunities about the brain and its functional pathways.  Dr. Gil is proud to be one of the early pioneers in using TMS in South Florida in 2010 when it was still in its infancy. It gives him professional satisfaction to see how the advancements in treatments such as TMS, psychedelics, dissociates, and empathogens and newer medications are helping treat psychiatric illness.

A Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Dr. Lichtshein practices in Boca Raton, Florida, where he treats a range of conditions including mood and anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, OCD, autism spectrum disorders, and ADHD. His work also includes forensic evaluations bridging psychiatry and law. Dr. Lichtshein is also a certified provider of Spravato and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy—an innovative, non-invasive neuromodulation technique that uses targeted magnetic pulses to address depression and other neuropsychiatric disorders. Day 1 Melbourne, Australia

Day 2 At Sea

Spend the day sailing in style aboard your boutique hotel at sea. There’s so much to see and do Christchurch, you’re going to have to plan strategically. Do you want to stick to the city sights—like Cathedral Square, the streets of New Regent and Cashel, and the shops and galleries of the Christchurch CBD? With its fantastic nightlife, the renowned entertainment district of Courtenay Place and an internationally recognized coffee culture, Wellington is often referred to as “the coolest little capital in the world”.

A seaside town situated in the Marlborough region and close to the head of Queen Charlotte Sound, Picton is a great jumping off point for wine tours, fishing, swimming, bird watching and great local seafood.
