Venue Information
Like her two sister ships, the sturdy Azamara Onward® is a mid-sized beauty with a deck plan well-suited to the needs of modern voyagers. You’ll never feel crowded in the comfortable social spaces of our bars, restaurants, lounges, Casino and Cabaret. Nor will you feel like a sardine jammed in around the pool, where our attentive staff is always ready to offer a complimentary bottled water, soft drink or fresh towel. Staterooms feature modern amenities, furnishings, and European linens. And one of the greatest features of this ship is the large number of staterooms with verandas.
There’s nothing better than opening your door to the fresh sea air and views. Azamara’s friendly ships are an altogether wonderful place to call your home away from home!

At the same time bustling and picturesque—filled with colorful markets, fabulous wine and food and sights like le Vieux Port—Marseille is one of Europe’s oldest cities and the largest port in the Mediterranean.
Day 3 Nice, France
Nice, Queen of the Riviera, is filled with a treasure trove of archaeological and fine art museums, the famous flower market, and a warren of meandering lanes edged by tall houses and small, alluring shops.

As the birthplace of the Renaissance, Florence and its historic center is bursting with elegant squares, imposing palaces, magnificent churches, incredible art galleries and museums with an abundance of riches.
Day 6 Rome (Civitavecchia), Italy
Whether it’s tossing a coin in a fabled fountain or being awestruck by the magnificence of St. Peter’s Basilica and Michelangelo’s masterpieces, Rome seems to live up to its sobriquet, the Eternal City.
Day 7 Salerno, Italy
Known for its rich history, beautiful coastal views, and significant landmarks, Salerno is a vibrant city with a blend of historical charm and modern amenities.
Day 8 Siracusa, Sicily, Italy
As one of the major powers of the Mediterranean world in 5th century BC, Siracusa is known for the archaeological and historical sights (like the tomb of Archimedes and Ear of Dionysus) that define its grand past.
Day 9 At Sea
Spend the day sailing in style aboard your boutique hotel at sea. Indulge in a treatment at Sanctum Spa, stay ship shape with a class at our fitness center, or lounge the day away on our sunny pool deck. In the evening, savor inspired Italian cuisine at Aqualina, or relish in a classic steakhouse experience at Prime C. Plus, you’ll find plenty of exciting evening entertainment, from thrilling shows at Cabaret Lounge to intimate performances in the Living Room.
Day 10 Kotor, Montenegro
One of Europe’s best-preserved cities of medieval or Renaissance vintage, Kotor’s walls were constructed right into the slopes of the mountain behind it, making it an amazing sight on approach from the sea.
Day 11 Dubrovnik, Croatia
To visit Dubrovnik is to step back in time to the Middle Ages, as the town is one massive museum of fountains, palaces and churches, with thick walls that date back to the 13th century and encircle the city.
Day 12 Zadar, Croatia
Perched on Adriatic Sea in Croatia, Zadar is a truly captivating city, where history-drenched cobblestone streets meet contemporary life, and are then surrounded by blue sea, green olive groves and white stone.
Day 13 Venice, Italy
Today you will disembark the beautiful Azamara Onward and experience the jewel of the Mediterranean, Venice. An independent city-state and major power during the Middle Ages and Renaissance, Venice consists of more than 100 small islands connected by arched bridges and is one of the world’s most beautiful cities.
